Our products are handmade
Every item is crocheted or crafted by hand, made to order. Small variations in stitch, shade, and size are natural characteristics of handmade work, not defects. Product photos are accurate, but colours may appear slightly different on different screens.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices shown apply to the listed size; custom sizes or designs may be priced differently — we always confirm the final price with you on WhatsApp before you pay. We may update prices or product availability at any time.
Made-to-order timelines

Payments
Payments are handled by a secure payment gateway (Razorpay). We never store your payment details.
Content ownership
All photos, text, and designs on this site belong to Crafted by Ann. Please don’t reuse them commercially without permission.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Indian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Kerala having jurisdiction.
