Every piece is crocheted or crafted after you order it. Your order is typically dispatched within 5–7 business days. Bulk orders (like return-gift sets) or complex custom pieces may take longer — we’ll confirm the timeline on WhatsApp before you pay.
Delivery time
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5–7 days depending on your location, via reputed courier partners. Most orders reach you within about two weeks of ordering, end to end.
Tracking
You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it to your door.
Shipping charges
Any shipping charge is shown clearly at checkout before you pay — no surprises.
Where we ship
We currently ship across India. For international orders, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what’s possible.
Delays
