Absolutely! We welcome custom orders for personalized gifts and décor. Please contact us with your requirements.
Standard orders are normally dispatched within 5–7 calendar days after payment and after we have received all details needed to make your order, including design approval where applicable. Delivery time is additional. If a custom request needs longer, we will agree the expected dispatch time with you before proceeding.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, including a personalised order, please report the problem as soon as possible—ideally within 48 hours of delivery—with your order number and clear photos.
