Crafted by Ann (“we”, “us”) is a handmade crafts business based in Kerala, India, operating craftedbyann.in. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, email, and shipping address — the details needed to make and deliver your order. When you message us on WhatsApp, we see the details you share there (WhatsApp’s own privacy policy also applies).
Payments
Payments are processed securely by our payment gateway (Razorpay). We never see or store your card, UPI, or banking details — they go directly to the payment provider.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure activity on our site, including page views. Google for WooCommerce also loads Google Ads tags that record page-view and product-view events. These Google services receive information about interactions with our site when their tags run. We use functional cookies so the WooCommerce cart and checkout can work.
How we use your information
Only to process and deliver your orders, respond to your messages, and send you order-related updates. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone. We share it only with our courier partners (to deliver your order) and payment gateway (to process payment).
Your rights
You may ask us at any time to show, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email us and we will act on it within a reasonable time, in line with applicable Indian law including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
